Featuring a durable, semi-rigid shell that helps support the limb while providing full-shell protection. Overlapping Duplex air cells line the shell providing intermittent pneumatic compression for 3x faster edema reduction. Comfortable features.

Very comfortable to use with a knee-scooter during the non-weight bearing phase of recovery from heel surgery. The three separate air chambers inside the boot allowed me to adjust for maximum comfort and keep the pressure off the incision site.

get this boot!

The difference in my ability to walk with some level of normal gate was DRAMATIC with this boot over the one provided. Also, It doesn't stink after weeks of wear.

AirSelect Elite Walker

It is lighter weight than the old black metal clunker from years past. It goes on quickly and easily. I like that the toe is covered with cushion and am using the long socks, even in summer. The three places to add air are excellent for a perfect fit. My ONLY complaint is personal as I have a bunion. The top piece has to fit inside the side of the boot because of the strap connection to the boot side, so it hurts my bunion. I suggest allowing consumers to buy separately, the piece that lays on top but does not go into the boot side. I have borrowed just the top of a friends to use to relieve painful pressure. If I can buy just the top separately, I would like to so I can return my friend's boot in total to her. Otherwise, it is comfortable and protective and I am thrilled that I bought it. I also liked that, buying it myself, I could get it in two days, no shipping. My ortho said they were back ordered so gave me the old black metal clunker instead.

Great product!

Everything about getting and using this air cast was easy. My order went through immediately and the product arrived shortly. I have trouble pumping air into it (it’s a problem with lack of right hand/arm strength), so often I leave the air in when I take the cast off. Too, the included sock is thick enough that I don’t really need air. After a few days the air cast began to give me great comfort. Ahhhhh.
