The Velcro patch on the front is overly aggressive. It was releasing the adhesive attaching it to the strap. Otherwise, not bad!

Helpful and prompt

This company was a god send. They were easy to work with, everyone was helpful and supportive. Received the cuff right away as it was a time sensitive issue and a holiday weekend. It's was a replacement shoulder cuff and is a good product. It actually got here earlier than expected. Great company to work with. Couldn't happier.

Cryo Cuff Shoulder Wrap

I have severe arthritis in my shoulder. I have had cortisone injections which help for a short time. I ordered the shoulder cuff and use it every day and the difference it has made is incredible. It has eased the pain, helped me to increase my mobility and return to my golf game. I would highly recommend this to anyone with shoulder issues. I also have the knee cuff that I used when I had my second knee replacement. My recovery time was cut in half from the first knee replacement where I didn't use the knee cuff.

What is warranty on the cyro shoulder cuff . I purchased a new cuff just prior to my shoulder replacement surgery on 12/31/2019 and have never been more disappointed in the quality .The Velcro material was “worn out “ in less than 30 days requiring my husband to use office spring clips and all of the retaining tabs that are suppose to provide adjustment and compression have separated from the cuff because of faulty glue This product is not the quality a person that has a shoulder replacement patient requires to use on a daily basis Please advise

Hello,

We do apologize that the velcro straps wore out on your pad while being used. The cold therapy pads (which are considered a "soft-goods" item) have a 1 month warranty and the units have a 6 month warranty.

We would have been able to process a warranty replacement for the item had we been informed of the defect within the 30 days of the warranty. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

A friend has a 10 yr old Auto Chill. Will the shoulder wrap work with this? What’s the difference between the Auto Chill and the IC motorized version? Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this shoulder wrap would not work with the Auto Chill. The Auto Chill is an older system that is no longer being produced. The IC Motorized cooler is the most recent model they have available.

You can purchase either the gravity cooler or IC motorized cooler to use with the Cryo Cuff Shoulder. We recommend the IC Motorized unit for the shoulder because its easy to operate and doesn't require lifting above the treatment area like the gravity cooler does to fill the pad
