The Horizon 637 LSO is an excellent choice for postoperative patients needing lateral support and increased stability while relieving secondary back pain resulting from surgery or injury. With the addition of moveable, rigid side panels, the Horizon 637 provides lateral support and a comfortable environment for healing. In addition, the Horizon 637 provides a therapeutic level of compression for patients recovering from surgery or injury. One-size adjustable, all Horizon braces comfortably fit waists ranging from 24-70 inches and can be stepped down to the Horizon PRO (Pain Relief Orthosis) to treat recurring back pain.

Good back brace.

This is a very good one but I have to admit that I use 2 other braces on top of this one tightened all the way for best results. It works well but to get it tighter I put on another back brace then a weightlifting belt on top of those two and that's all. But alive it's still a solid good brace by itself which won't break or rip.

Perfection with velcro!

This brace is exactly what I wanted. Excellent fit without excess pressure on my stomach, high quality materials, great stability for my back. It cinches my back without adding pressure anywhere else. Highly recommend this brace, especially for spinal stenosis sufferers.

Best Brace I’ve ever had!

I fit the definition of Big and Tall so I have gone thru several back supports. I’m currently wearing this brace and it works very well. I highly recommend!

Horizon 637 Back Brace

Well priced back brace. The brace has been very effective in limiting my torso lumbar area movement, and has greatly reduced any daily pain for me during healing after my multi level lumbar fusion operation. Prior to using this brace I was suffering occasional moderate pain in the area due to likely excess movement. Easy to use, easy to wash out, and good quality.

I DO LIKE IT . HOWEVER, I REALLY NEED MORE SUPPORT. MY BACK IS JUST IN VERY BAD SHAPE. THIS BACK SUPPORT IS MADE VERY GOOD. I RECOMMEND IT VERY HIGHLY. AUDREY
