Dorsal, radial, and palmar stay pockets on the thumb contain a malleable aluminum stay and spiral stay that may be removed or modified for desired support. The bilateral design fits the right or left thumb.

Good Product

This isn't the exact match to what i currently have but it is similar. It seems that none of the splints have a model number so it is almost impossible to know exactly which one to purchase. It isn't Source Ortho's problem it seems to be ProCare's manufacturing which varies.

Please with the Universal Thumb Splint

I was very happy with the splint. It had several adjustment options for people with different shaped thumbs. I would recommend to anyone interested in a reasonably priced splint.

Cheaper version

When I ordered it online, I thought I was getting the same one as the one I got from the hand specialist. The one I received did not have the reinforcements on the wrist strap and seems to be made with lower quality materials Both have the tag DJO,LLC Universal and the pictures online looks the same.

Brace is OK but not enough support

This brace is ok for DeQuervain's tenosynovitis but it does not have enough wrist support. I have since purchased two braces from 3M and they have much more wrist support.
